Introducing Dixie, The Newest Member of the Grounds Maintenance Team

We are welcoming Dixie, the newest (and cutest) member of our grounds maintenance team! She is a curly coated Border Collie which is a little thicker than the standard rough coat, providing extra insulation to help her stay warm in our cold winters and cool in the summer. Born on March 14, 2014 she is young, athletic, intelligent and super sweet. She loves kids and ALL people! Dixie is the key component in our strategy to keep unwanted Canadian geese off the golf course and has excelled in her intense training. This humane manner of goose patrol will be effective in deterring habitation by the birds throughout the year.
