Initiation Fees and Annual Dues
Option 1: $5,000 One-time payment
Option 2: $500 each year for twenty years
Primary Golfer Annual Dues: $3,495
All children under the age of 23: Free
The initiation fee is non-refundable. Members who choose option two are not required to pay the remaining balance upon early resignation.
Food and Beverage Minimum
Monthly Minimum: $85
The food and beverage minimum applies to the entire membership unit not individual to each individual. All food, beverages, and alcohol purchased anywhere on the property at any time apply to the monthly minimum. This however, does not include The Farmer’s Daughter Restaurant at Normandy Farm.
Cart Fees
18 Hole Cart Fee: $26 per person and per round
9 Hole Cart Fee: $14 per person and per round
Cart fees apply to each person playing. Carts are required except after 3:00pm during the week, after 4:00pm on the weekends, holidays and anytime from November 1st – March 31st.
