Q. When do I pay the annual dues?
A. Annual dues and other charges are paid at the time you join the club. After your first season, annual dues, fees and charges are automatically billed in January and payable in full by March 31 for each upcoming season. Membership season runs April 1st to March 31st.
Q. How does the Monthly Food & Beverage Minimum work?
A. The monthly food and beverage minimum ($85 for golf members, $55 for social members) is a commitment to spend the required amount each month in food and beverage purchases at the club. Please note that all food and beverage purchases applies to the minimum – cart fees, pro shop merchandise or any other products and services do not apply.
Q. Can I Use My Monthly Food & Beverage Minimum at the Restaurant at Normandy Farm?
A. No. The monthly food and beverage minimum applies only to all food and beverage purchased at Blue Bell Country Club.
Q. How does the billing work?
A. Members each have a Member Number. It is generally the first letter of the member’s last name followed by a 3 or 4 digit number. All purchases at any point of sale are placed on the membership number. The billing cycle runs from the 1st to the last day of each month. For example, the bill you receive for all of your spending from June 1 to June 30 will arrive the first week in July and must be paid in full on or before July 31 in order to not receive any late fees or finance charges.
Q. How do I make a tee time?
A. You may contact our golf shop to schedule a tee time or you may use our automated online tee time booking system.
Q. I don’t know anyone at the club, how can I get set up with a group to golf with?
A. Our PGA golf professionals are happy to set up a tee time with a group that fits your personality, playing style, and playing level. Our golf shop staff sets up groups such as this daily, so don’t hesitate to ask. We also have a very active men’s and women’s golf association that play on a weekly basis and is open to all golf and weekday members.
Q. Should I call to make dinner reservations?
A. Yes. In order to provide the best service possible to the entire membership, we request that you make a reservation by calling 215-616-8111.
Q. Who should I call if I have questions regarding my bill?
A. It is recommended that you contact the accounting office if you have any specific questions regarding your statement or bill.
